“Very professional, clean and respectful. And knowledable. As you know the entire west is in the middle of a heatwave. When I contacted the HVAC tech that we have purchased furnaces from and explained what i thought was wrong and could they come see us ASAP. They refused. I have a 9 month grandchild in the house; if it was just us, I could have waited for the schedule date of August 11. But when we contacted Comfort Zone they immediately scheduled us in, sent Ty out to fix what needed to be done and now we’re all in comfort. This company is very lucky to have him.
