“We had a situation in which a vital HVAC ductless system failure had occurred Comfort Zone was phoned to schedule repairs of the unit. Once they knew the area this unit serviced and necessity getting this unit functioning again was able to schedule an appointment the same day to come work on it. They were great in responding of our (my) concerns getting this unit repaired. Although first repairs of system was attempted it was found this unit had deeper seeded issues at hand. It was decided replacement was necessary again, Comfort Zone rose to the challenge quickly providing me an unit replacement estimate. Costs fair issued the work to them to get done. They were all professional and quick to get the work done, Needless to say we are back up and have an efficiently running unit now. Thank You Comfort Zone!”
