“My heat pump/gas furnace system would periodically stop working over the winter. By the time it was down to 62 inside, I decided to call Comfort Zone. The technician came and thoroughly inspected the system and realized it was a problem with the pressure gauge on the propane line.
No fuss. No throwing new parts at the system just to see if it helped. No “call us if it happens again”.
The technician was polite and explained things clearly. He was on time and did not make a mess while working. I am comfortable having the technicians around even when my kids are playing in the next room. I stick with Comfort Zone because I’ve never had a problem with their service in the last 10 years.
