Heat Pump Repair in Fruitland, ID 83619

“On 1/16/24 our HVAC system quit when the temperature was -4*.We called Comfort Zone requesting to be scheduled as soon as possible. Maggie placed us on the schedule and advised we could get service earlier if there was a cancellation or a technician was running ahead of schedule. Fortunately Patrick stopped by the same afternoon and started troubleshooting and Bud arrived a bit later. Before they left we had propane heat and knew the heat pump needed a new circuit board. Bud installed a new heat pump circuit board on 1/19/22. He advised we should consider an ambient temperature sensor and wire our thermostat accordingly so the system would automatically switch to propane heat when necessary. Dean installed the sensor on1/29/24. We have had Comfort Zone (who did not install this system) address other issues with this two year old unit and it now works in the manner it was designed to work. This team is friendly, tidy, timely and professional. We highly recommend them.” – Ed W.
