At Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling, the health and well-being of our customers and team members is our top priority. With the continued and ever-changing atmosphere around COVID-19, and Governor Little’s “Stay At Home Order” we wanted to share important information about how our team is working to ensure your heating and cooling needs are handled appropriately.
As an essential business providing needed services for homeowners, medical facilities, government entities, etc., Comfort Zone will continue to be here to provide needed heating and cooling services to our communities. At this time, we will not be able to provide store-front walk-in needs for the public; however, we can be reached in a variety of ways. You can reach us via phone, text or email. Should you need service of any kind, including filter deliveries, service, etc., we will be happy to accommodate. Our team members are taking great measures to keep our customers and themselves safe and healthy, including gloves, masks and other necessary measures. We continue to follow recommended workplace strategies outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities. Our workplace and automobiles are sanitized on a daily basis.
Your heating and cooling specialists will continue to knock on your door upon arrival. Should you choose to answer, your specialist will practice social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines. We want to take care of your heating and cooling needs while respecting your wishes and concern for you and your family’s health.
