“We have had our new heating / air conditioning system for 3 years , love how quiet & energy efficient it is, the draw back is Trane should have more of the bugs fixed before goes into residential and a better warranty so consumers don’t have to pay out of pocket for lil extras ( time delays, surge protectors etc..)
As for Comfort Zone the company is amazing , they are prompt in a call back , they get technicians out asap , love that we bought our system close to home , as for the technicians ALL that have come to our home have been great , over the last year Shayne has been the tech arriving to do maintenance & service (bugs talked about) ..
He is amazing , very polite , considerate of our home, knowledgeable and straightforward.

“My tech Brian was early to the job, he was knowledgeable about the furnace and ac units, he was able to stay for the afternoon to get a neglected system cleaned up and in good working order. These days it can be so hard to get a professional to do work for the normal residential customer so I really appreciate getting a professional to come in less than a week from the call and to get the work done.
