“Over ten years ago, Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling installed our new Lennox air conditioner. At that time, we also signed a maintenance agreement. Like clockwork when fall rolls around, our furnace gets a tune-up and is ready for winter's chill.
Spring is here and the tune-up on the air conditioner was done today by SHAYNE STONE. I have to compliment him for his meticulous cleaning and expertise readying our Lennox for the hot, humid weather that's just around the corner. He is very conscientious of the work he does and is genuinely concerned his customers are happy…we highly recommend him!”

“On 1/16/24 our HVAC system quit when the temperature was -4*.We called Comfort Zone requesting to be scheduled as soon as possible. Maggie placed us on the schedule and advised we could get service earlier if there was a cancellation or a technician was running ahead of schedule. Fortunately Patrick stopped by the same afternoon and started troubleshooting and Bud arrived a bit later. Before they left we had propane heat and knew the heat pump needed a new circuit board. Bud installed a new heat pump circuit board on 1/19/22. He advised we should consider an ambient temperature sensor and wire our thermostat accordingly so the system would automatically switch to propane heat when necessary. Dean installed the sensor on1/29/24. We have had Comfort Zone (who did not install this system) address other issues with this two year old unit and it now works in the manner it was designed to work. This team is friendly, tidy, timely and professional. We highly recommend them.”

“We have had our new heating / air conditioning system for 3 years , love how quiet & energy efficient it is, the draw back is Trane should have more of the bugs fixed before goes into residential and a better warranty so consumers don’t have to pay out of pocket for lil extras ( time delays, surge protectors etc..)
As for Comfort Zone the company is amazing , they are prompt in a call back , they get technicians out asap , love that we bought our system close to home , as for the technicians ALL that have come to our home have been great , over the last year Shayne has been the tech arriving to do maintenance & service (bugs talked about) ..

“My heat pump/gas furnace system would periodically stop working over the winter. By the time it was down to 62 inside, I decided to call Comfort Zone. The technician came and thoroughly inspected the system and realized it was a problem with the pressure gauge on the propane line.
No fuss. No throwing new parts at the system just to see if it helped. No “call us if it happens again”.

The technician was polite and explained things clearly. He was on time and did not make a mess while working. I am comfortable having the technicians around even when my kids are playing in the next room. I stick with Comfort Zone because I’ve never had a problem with their service in the last 10 years. “We had a situation in which a vital HVAC ductless system failure had occurred Comfort Zone was phoned to schedule repairs of the unit. Once they knew the area this unit serviced and necessity getting this unit functioning again was able to schedule an appointment the same day to come work on it. They were great in responding of our (my) concerns getting this unit repaired. Although first repairs of system was attempted it was found this unit had deeper seeded issues at hand. It was decided replacement was necessary again, Comfort Zone rose to the challenge quickly providing me an unit replacement estimate. Costs fair issued the work to them to get done. “Comfort Zone people were courteous, answered all our questions about installation and provided clear instructions on how to use the remote controls with each unit. They were efficient in the installation process. The floors were kept clean by using covers in all the areas on which they walked to protect the floors and vacuumed up the residue left by installation. After years of enduring loud window air conditioners that were so intrusive, we had to turn them off to talk to company, these units are miraculous!
